At the 2025 Consumer Electronics Show (CES), Sunflare showcased a Tesla Cybertruck enveloped in flexible solar panels, termed "Solar Car Film." This innovative application aims to provide electric vehicles with additional range and energy independence by harnessing solar energy.

Key Features:

Design Integration: The flexible solar panels seamlessly conform to the Cybertruck's stainless steel body, enhancing its futuristic appearance.

Energy Output: Under optimal conditions, the panels can generate approximately 1,000 to 1,500 watts (1 to 1.5 kW) of power. With around six hours of sunlight, this equates to 6 to 9 kWh of electricity, potentially adding 12 to 18 miles of range per day, considering the Cybertruck's estimated consumption of 2 miles per kWh.

Cost and Warranty: The solar panel system is priced at $10,000, which includes a 5kW battery inverter and a 15-year warranty, indicating a focus on long-term durability and energy savings.

This development aligns with Tesla CEO Elon Musk's earlier statements about offering a solar power option for the Cybertruck, capable of generating up to 15 miles of range per day.
